Customer Story: The Higgins Dream Home
The Higgins started the process of building their home as a family living in an apartment over the garage. Through the years, Chris and Kaci worked together with their kids and a few local craftsman to build and finish their dream home. They lived simply and humbly, but wanted to build something really unique to fit their family style.

• 2,775 sq ft of 10" Shiplap
• 1,440 sq ft of 8" Shiplap
“We chose a mixture of the Run of the Mill and the Benchmark grades of shiplap for our new modern farmhouse home. We love the warmth that the shiplap provides and are blessed to have crossed paths with this great company.”
The 4,000 sq ft house was built on a 23-acre farm they purchased in Kentucky on Lake Morris. Seeing the finishing touches they've placed on their families vision has been amazing, and we are so proud to be a part of it.
