Customer Story: The Higgins Dream Home
The Higgins started the process of building their home back in 2012 as a family living in an apartment over the garage. Through the years, Chris and Kaci worked together with their kids and a few local craftsman to build and finish their dream home. They lived simply and humbly, but wanted to build something really unique to fit their family style.
“We chose a mixture of cabin grade and common grade shiplap for our new modern farmhouse home. We love the warmth that the shiplap provides and are blessed to have crossed paths with this great company.”
The 4,000 sq ft house was built on a 23-acre farm they purchased in Kentucky on Lake Morris. Seeing the finishing touches they've placed on their families vision has been amazing, and we are so proud to be a part of it.

The Higgins had a great vision for their house! Their open, yet warm design is a great representation of the sort of people they've proven to be. We found their family to be as equally full of character as the boards they purchased and we loved seeing the two come together in this wonderful home!
